You acknowledge that the secure messaging function is not designed for usage during medical emergencies and that you should not use it in such a case. Immediately contact emergency services or your healthcare practitioner if you’re having a medical emergency.

The Department of Defense owns and operates the MHS Genesis Patient Portal (DoD). The Department of Defense owns the Patient Portal and is responsible for protecting its content, features, and functionality from infringement by domestic and foreign trademark, copyright, and other intellectual property laws.
Terms of Service Agreement Changes
We may update these terms of service at any moment without giving you advance notice. If you keep using the MHS Genesis Patient Portal after those changes have been made, you’re agreeing to be legally bound by the new terms.
