The Department of Defense owns and operates the MHS Genesis Patient Portal (DoD). The Department of Defense owns the Patient Portal and is responsible for protecting its content, features, and functionality from infringement by domestic and foreign trademark, copyright, and other intellectual property laws.

Terms of Service Agreement Changes
